2. Worum es geht
Edenly ist eine App für Menschen, die eine Partnerschaft im eigenen Glauben suchen. Dafür sind Angaben nötig, die besonders schützenswert sind — Religion und Glaubenspraxis gehören nach Art. 9 DSGVO zu den besonderen Kategorien personenbezogener Daten. Sie werden ausschließlich auf Grundlage deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung verarbeitet, die du bei der Registrierung erteilst und jederzeit widerrufen kannst.
3. Welche Daten wir speichern

4. Wer die Daten sonst noch verarbeitet
- Supabase — Datenbank, Speicher und Anmeldung.
- Expo und Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — Zustellung von Push-Benachrichtigungen. Übermittelt werden das Gerätetoken und der Text der Nachricht.
- Google — nur wenn du „Mit Google anmelden" wählst.
- RevenueCat — Status der Mitgliedschaft. Keine Zahlungsdaten.
- Komoot Photon (OpenStreetMap) — Ortssuche. Übermittelt wird der Suchbegriff, nicht deine Identität.
Verarbeitung außerhalb der EU erfolgt auf Grundlage der Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission.
5. Was wir nicht tun
- Keine Werbe-Netzwerke, kein Tracking über Apps hinweg, keine Weitergabe an Datenhändler.
- Kein Zugriff auf dein Adressbuch, deine Fotogalerie über die von dir ausgewählten Bilder hinaus oder deinen GPS-Standort.
- Kein Verkauf von Daten. Die App finanziert sich über Mitgliedschaften.
6. Wie lange
Solange dein Konto besteht. Löschst du es, wird es sofort für alle anderen unsichtbar und nach 30 Tagen endgültig gelöscht — Profil, Glaubensantworten, Fotodateien, Nachrichten und Anmeldedaten. Die Frist ist eine Rückholmöglichkeit für den Fall, dass du es dir anders überlegst.
Ausnahme: Blockierungen und bearbeitete Meldungen bleiben in anonymisierter Form erhalten, weil sie andere Menschen schützen. Sie enthalten danach keinen Bezug mehr zu dir. Abrechnungsdaten unterliegen gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen.
7. Konto und Daten löschen
In der App: Profil → Einstellungen → Datenschutz → Konto löschen. Ohne App oder ohne Zugang zum Konto: Löschung beantragen.
8. Deine Rechte
Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Deine Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung von Glaubensdaten kannst du jederzeit widerrufen; das beendet die Nutzung der App, weil ohne diese Angaben kein Abgleich möglich ist. Schreib an kontakt@edenly.dating. Du hast außerdem das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.
9. Kinder
Edenly ist ab 18. Jüngere Konten werden gelöscht, sobald sie auffallen.
10. Änderungen
Wesentliche Änderungen zeigen wir in der App an, bevor sie gelten. Das Datum oben sagt dir, welche Fassung du gerade liest.

2. What this is about
Edenly is an app for people looking for a partner within their own faith. That requires information which deserves particular protection — religion and religious practice are a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. We process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent, given during registration and withdrawable at any time.

4. Who else processes it
- Supabase — database, storage and authentication.
- Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering push notifications. The device token and the message text are passed on.
- Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google".
- RevenueCat — membership status. No payment details.
- Komoot Photon (OpenStreetMap) — place search. The search term is sent, not your identity.
Processing outside the EU relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. What we do not do
- No ad networks, no cross-app tracking, nothing passed to data brokers.
- No access to your contacts, to your photo library beyond the images you pick, or to your GPS location.
- No selling of data. The app is funded by memberships.
6. How long
As long as your account exists. Delete it and it becomes invisible to everyone immediately and is permanently erased after 30 days — profile, faith answers, photo files, messages and sign-in credentials. The window exists so that a decision made in one moment can be undone in the next.
Exception: blocks and resolved reports are kept in anonymised form, because they protect other people. They no longer refer to you. Billing records are subject to statutory retention periods.
7. Deleting your account and data
In the app: Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Without the app, or without access to the account: request deletion.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent to processing religious data at any time; doing so ends your use of the app, because there is no matching without it. Write to kontakt@edenly.dating. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
9. Children
Edenly is 18+. Younger accounts are deleted as soon as they come to our attention.
10. Changes
Material changes are shown in the app before they take effect. The date above tells you which version you are reading.

Edenly je aplikacija za ljude koji traže partnera u sopstvenoj veri. Za to su potrebni podaci koji zaslužuju posebnu zaštitu — vera i verska praksa spadaju u posebne kategorije ličnih podataka po članu 9 GDPR-a. Obrađujemo ih isključivo na osnovu tvoje izričite saglasnosti, koju daješ pri registraciji i možeš povući u svakom trenutku.

4. Ko još obrađuje podatke
- Supabase — baza, skladište i prijava.
- Expo i Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — dostava obaveštenja. Prosleđuju se token uređaja i tekst poruke.
- Google — samo ako izabereš „Prijava sa Google-om".
- RevenueCat — status članstva. Bez podataka o plaćanju.
- Komoot Photon (OpenStreetMap) — pretraga mesta. Šalje se pojam pretrage, ne tvoj identitet.
Obrada izvan EU počiva na standardnim ugovornim klauzulama Evropske komisije.
5. Šta ne radimo
- Bez reklamnih mreža, bez praćenja kroz druge aplikacije, bez prosleđivanja trgovcima podacima.
- Bez pristupa imeniku, galeriji izvan slika koje sam/a izabereš, i bez GPS lokacije.
- Bez prodaje podataka. Aplikacija se finansira članstvom.
6. Koliko dugo
Dok postoji tvoj nalog. Kada ga obrišeš, odmah postaje nevidljiv svima, a nakon 30 dana se trajno briše — profil, odgovori o veri, fotografije, poruke i podaci za prijavu. Rok postoji da bi odluka doneta u jednom trenutku mogla da se povuče u sledećem.
Izuzetak: blokiranja i rešene prijave ostaju u anonimizovanom obliku, jer štite druge ljude. Više se ne odnose na tebe. Podaci o naplati podležu zakonskim rokovima čuvanja.
7. Brisanje naloga i podataka
U aplikaciji: Profil → Podešavanja → Privatnost → Obriši nalog. Bez aplikacije ili bez pristupa nalogu: zatraži brisanje.
8. Tvoja prava
Pristup, ispravka, brisanje, ograničenje, prenosivost i prigovor (članovi 15–21 GDPR). Saglasnost za obradu verskih podataka možeš povući u svakom trenutku; time prestaje korišćenje aplikacije, jer bez tih podataka nema poređenja. Piši na kontakt@edenly.dating. Imaš i pravo na pritužbu nadzornom organu.
9. Deca
Edenly je za osobe od 18 godina. Mlađi nalozi se brišu čim se uoče.
10. Izmene
Bitne izmene prikazujemo u aplikaciji pre nego što stupe na snagu. Datum iznad govori koju verziju čitaš.
