Das Konto ist sofort für alle anderen unsichtbar. Es braucht keine E-Mail und keine Wartezeit.
Ohne App oder ohne Zugang zum Konto
Wenn du die App nicht mehr hast oder dich nicht mehr anmelden kannst, schreib uns. Nenne die Telefonnummer oder die Google-Adresse, mit der du dich angemeldet hast — anders können wir das Konto nicht zuordnen und würden im Zweifel das falsche löschen.
Wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung schriftlich.

Was erhalten bleibt — und warum

Die 30 Tage
Zwischen deiner Löschung und der endgültigen Entfernung liegen 30 Tage. In dieser Zeit sieht dich niemand mehr in der App. Die Frist ist kein Zögern, sondern eine Rückholmöglichkeit: Wer sein Konto im Ärger löscht und es am nächsten Tag bereut, hat sonst nichts mehr. Danach ist es weg — auch für uns.
Soll es sofort und ohne Frist geschehen, schreib das in die E-Mail. Wir machen es dann unmittelbar.

The account becomes invisible to everyone immediately. No email, no waiting.
Without the app, or without access to the account
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, write to us. Include the phone number or Google address you signed up with — without it we cannot identify the account, and in doubt we would delete the wrong one.
We reply within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing.

What remains — and why

About the 30 days
Thirty days pass between your deletion and the final erasure. Throughout that time nobody can see you in the app. The window is not hesitation but a way back: somebody who deletes an account in anger and regrets it the next day would otherwise have nothing left. After that it is gone — for us as well.
If you want it done immediately and without the window, say so in the email and we will.

Nalog odmah postaje nevidljiv svima. Bez imejla i bez čekanja.
Bez aplikacije ili bez pristupa nalogu
Ako više nemaš aplikaciju ili ne možeš da se prijaviš, piši nam. Navedi broj telefona ili Google adresu sa kojom si se registrovao/la — bez toga ne možemo da prepoznamo nalog i u nedoumici bismo obrisali pogrešan.
Odgovaramo u roku od 30 dana i pismeno potvrđujemo brisanje.

Šta ostaje — i zašto

O tih 30 dana
Između tvog brisanja i konačnog uklanjanja prolazi 30 dana. Sve to vreme te niko ne vidi u aplikaciji. Rok nije oklevanje već put nazad: onaj ko obriše nalog u ljutnji i pokaje se sutradan inače nema više ništa. Posle toga je nestalo — i za nas.
